Originally built as a residence in 1906, it was converted into an office with an addition during the 1980's. CS Architecture was tapped to convert it to a school for gifted children in 2001. The building underwent extensive changes including upgrades for accessibility and life-safety. Mr. Endriga assisted in design, construction documentation and construction administration.
